利用合成的两种不同联结基的双季铵盐修饰蒙脱土(MMT),并通过浸渍还原的方法将铜负载到双季铵盐MMT层间形成了两种铜双季铵盐MMT催化材料Cu-Q1-MMT和Cu-Q2-MMT.将这两种催化材料用于催化卤代芳烃与氨水偶联形成苯胺的反应.实验结果表明:两种催化剂均能在温和条件下,无需氮气保护,高活性和高选择性催化卤代芳烃与氨水反应生成伯胺.其中,Cu-Q2-MMT具有更高的催化活性,通过简单分离,能够重复使用17次而没有明显的活性下降.
The montmorillonite (MMT) was modified with double quaternary ammonium salts of two different coupling groups and loaded into the quaternary ammonium salt MMT layer by impregnation-reduction method to form two copper double quaternary ammonium MMT catalytic materials Cu-Q1-MMT and Cu-Q2-MMT.These catalytic materials were used to catalyze the coupling of halogenated aromatics with ammonia to form aniline.The experimental results show that both catalysts can be protected under mild conditions without nitrogen , High activity and high selectivity catalyzed reaction of halogenated aromatics with ammonia to form primary amines, among which, Cu-Q2-MMT has higher catalytic activity and can be reused for 17 times without any significant decrease in activity through simple separation.
