目的了解掌握河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全防护设备现状,为完善河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全体系建设提供决策依据。方法于2010年7~10月采用调查问卷、电话核实及抽样检查的方法对全省市、县两级疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全防护设备现状进行调查分析。结果市级疾病预防控制机构生物安全防护设备配置合理,使用操作比较规范;县(区)级疾病预防控制机构实验室操作设备配置尚能满足工作需求,但个体防护装备还不到位,人员防护意识有待提高。结论加大对基层实验室建设的投入,加强人员生物安全的培训,规范技术操作,切实提高人员生物安全意识,杜绝生物安全事故的发生。
Objective To understand the status quo of bio-safety protective equipment in laboratories of disease prevention and control institutions in Hebei Province and provide decision-making basis for improving the bio-safety system of laboratories of disease prevention and control institutions in Hebei Province. Methods From July to October of 2010, questionnaires, telephone verification and sampling methods were used to investigate the status quo of laboratory biosafety equipment in CDC of cities and counties. Results The municipal-level disease prevention and control institutions were equipped with rational configuration of biological safety protective equipment and relatively standardized operation. The laboratory equipment configuration of county (district) disease prevention and control institutions was able to meet the needs of work. However, the individual protective equipment was not yet in place and the personnel protection awareness Room for improvement. Conclusion Increasing investment in the construction of grass-roots laboratories, strengthening personnel training on biosafety, standardizing technical operations, effectively raising awareness of biosecurity of personnel and putting an end to biosafety accidents.
