白内障囊外摘出术术中玻璃体脱出的原因及处理

随着现代手术技术的提高和手术器械的更新,白内障囊外摘出术术中并发症已明显减少,但由于各医院微观手术条件的不完善及其他主客观原因,各种并发症还很多见,其中术中玻璃体脱出较为常见.术中瞳孔突然变大,前房加深,或皮质被挤向一边,皮质吸出阻力突然加大,与皮质堵住管口的感觉不同,说明后囊膜破裂、玻璃体脱出,如处理不当导致多种不良后果,如切口持续不愈合,增加术后角膜
