目的掌握结核病防治工作中,结核病病例发现工作开展的情况及存在问题。方法:通过意向调查方法进行分析。结果:这项工作开展还没有完全达到质量和数量指标要求,其原因主要是缺乏足够的经费、缺乏足够的人力配备、缺乏相应的设备配备以及结核病防治相关机构协调不力。结论:合理配置卫生资源,建立和健全结核病防治网络有利于结核病病例发现工作的开展。
Objective To grasp the situation and existing problems of tuberculosis case discovery work in tuberculosis prevention and control work. Methods: Analysis by intention investigation method. Results: The quality and quantity requirements of this work have not yet been fully met. The reasons are mainly lack of sufficient funds, lack of adequate manpower and equipment, lack of proper equipment and coordination of TB agencies. Conclusion: The rational allocation of health resources and establishment and improvement of tuberculosis prevention and control network are conducive to tuberculosis case detection.
