石油石化是国民经济的支柱产业,是关系到国计民生的重要产业。新中国成立后,在几乎是一片空白的基础上,我国石油石化工业主要依靠独立自主、自力更生、艰苦创业,经过50年的努力,从无到有,不断发展壮大。特别是在党的十三届四中全会以后,在党中央和国务院的正确领导下,在方方面面的支持下,石化集团公司从国际政治的大格局,从全球经济的大趋势,从提高国家实力、国防实力和民族凝聚力的高度,全面推进战略性改组、内部深化改革和产业结构调整,在油田勘探开发、炼油化工、市场销售、技术进步、对外开放合作等方面取得了举世瞩目的辉煌业绩。石化集团公司所取得的改革和发展成果,充分证明了党中央、国务院关于建立具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制、大力推进国有经济改革等一系列决策是十分正确的,更加坚定了我们搞好国有企业的信心。为了展示石化集团公司改革发展的辉煌成就,迎接党的十六大召开,本刊组织了一组来自上中下游的图片,从不同的侧面折射出石化集团快速发展的闪光轨迹。
Petroleum and petrochemical industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and an important industry that is related to national economy and the people’s livelihood.
