文章基于在理论支持的框架中,简单解析了如何加固水利工程的必要性,剖析水利工程加固的特点,并与当时我国的加固计划对比,分析主坝加固计划并对提出的计划构造加以论述。
Based on the framework of theoretical support, the article simply analyzes the necessity of strengthening water conservancy projects and analyzes the characteristics of water conservancy projects.
