一、引言电泳涂漆是近几年来发展起来的新技术。它的基本原理与电镀原理相似,即将被涂漆工件浸泡于装有水溶性漆液的金属糟内,然后把工件接于电源正极,漆糟接于负极,两极间通以直流电,通电后2—5分钟,在工件表面即沉积一层带有胶粘性的漆膜。烘干后漆膜平整光洁而又坚固。用电泳涂漆取代喷漆可以大大提高工效和产品质量,减轻劳动强度,改善劳动条件,消除苯中毒的职业病,保障工人身体健康。
