采用ERNST-LEITZ-WETZLAR ASM形态测量系统,测定4种不同类型宫内避孕器(IUDs)对兔子宫内膜微血管总面积(TABV)、微血管面积在内膜中所占百分比(PBV)和微血管密度(DBV)的影响。结果表明,与空白自身对照子宫比较,凡接触IUDs 30d后的兔子宫,内膜中TABV、PBV和DBV均有所增加,TABV与PBV增加程度在不锈钢避孕器组(SS-IUD)和孕激素避孕器组(LNG-IUD)差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).组间比较,TABV与PBV增加程度顺序分别为SS-IUD>LNG-IUD、含孕激素与钢避孕器>含铜避孕器。
The ERNST-LEITZ-WETZLAR ASM morphology measurement system was used to determine the effect of four different types of intrauterine devices (IUDs) on the total endocardial microvessel area (TABV), the percentage of microvessel area in intima (PBV) and microvessel density (DBV) impact. The results showed that compared with the blank self-control uterus, the levels of TABV, PBV and DBV in the intima increased after 30-day exposure to IUDs.
