中国共产党领导的多党合作制度是具有中国特色的社会主义政党制度,其制度结构具有三个显著特征,即在政权运作上,坚持共产党执政、多党派参政;在民主形式上,坚持充分协商、广泛参与;在政党关系上,坚持共产党领导、多党派合作。我国多党合作的政党制度把各种社会力量纳入政治体系,为各民主党派和无党派代表人士的政治参与开辟了制度化渠道,体现了政党制度在执政方式方面的价值;提供了协商民主的广阔平台,保障了社会主义民主的实现,体现了政党制度在丰富民主政治实现方式中的价值;构建了既通力合作、又互相监督的友党与诤友的党际关系模式,保证了我国政治制度的平稳运行,体现了政党制度在建构新型党际关系模式方面的价值。
The system of multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a socialist party system with Chinese characteristics.
