我们在检查试车时经常发现,X195柴油机的机滤器和检查孔盖、检查孔盖和机体之间的接合面有不同程度的漏油或渗油现象。渗漏油的原因有两个:一是检查孔盖刚度不够,在加工和运输中易受压变形;二是在工作中,特别是搬运中,接合面易被碰伤或拉伤。为了解决上述渗漏油问题,进一步提高整机性能,减少机油损失,我们研制了检查孔盖和机油滤清器二者合为一体的新型机滤器。其结构如图所示。新型机滤器与原机滤器一样,设有调压阀和安全阀。调压阀通过调整螺栓可以调整主油道压力;安全阀用来保证当机滤器的滤芯堵塞时还能正常润滑。滤
