目的:研究滋肾清肝代平方(桑叶、桑椹、制首乌、决明子)的化学成分,为其有效成分研究提供基础。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法进行分离、纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果:从滋肾清肝代平方各提取物中分离得到19个化合物,分别为:大黄素甲醚(1)、钝叶素(2)、大黄素(3)、甲基钝叶决明素(4)、决明子苷(5)、决明子苷B(6)、红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷(7)、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、淫羊藿素(9)、白藜芦醇(10)、羽扇豆醇(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)、乌发醇(13)、齐墩果酸(14)、熊果酸(15)、β-胡萝卜苷(16)、芦丁(17)、2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(18)、l-脱氧野尻霉素(19)。结论:19个化合物均为首次从该复方中分离得到的已知化合物,这些化合物能部分反映出该复方的有效成分。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Zishen Qinggan Formula (mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, Radix Polygoni multiflori and cassia seed) and provide the basis for the study of its active ingredients. Methods: Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were identified according to their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Nineteen compounds were isolated from each extract of Zishen Qinggan Dai Fang, namely, emodin (1), desmopressin (2), emodin (3) (4), cassia seed (5), cassia seed B (6), erythromycins gentiobioside (7), emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside (10), lupeol (11), β-sitosterol (12), uvaol (13), oleanolic acid (14), ursolic acid (16), rutin (17), 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (18), l-deoxynojirimycin (19). Conclusion: All the 19 compounds are known compounds which were isolated from this compound for the first time. These compounds can partly reflect the active ingredients of this compound.
