目的 观察一种血透机专用次氯酸钠消毒液消毒相关性能.方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验和对血透机管道的模拟现场消毒试验,对该血透机专用次氯酸钠消毒液的杀菌效果和对血透机管道的模拟现场消毒效果进行试验观察.结果 该血透机专用次氯酸钠消毒液原液含有效氯47.80 g,/L.以其1∶22.5倍稀释液作用5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值>5.00,对悬液内白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.00.以其1∶40倍稀释液对血透机管道进行模拟现场消毒试验,对30个染有枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的聚四氟乙烯管载体消毒作用20 min,杀灭对数值均>3.00.结论 该血透机专用次氯酸钠消毒液能有效的快速杀灭细菌繁殖体和致病性真菌以及细菌芽孢.对血透机管道消毒效果符合国家要求.“,”Objective To study the disinfection performance of a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for hemodialysis machine.Methods The sterilization effect of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and the simulated onsite disinfection effect of hemodialysis tube were studied by using suspension quantitative bactericidal test and simulated site disinfection test of hemodialysis machine.Results The solution of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant used for the hemodialysis machine contained 47.80 g/L of the available chlorine.With its 1 ∶ 22.5 times dilution for 5 min,the average killing logarithmic values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension were > 5.00,the average killing logarithmic value of Candida albicans in suspension was > 4.00.With the 1 ∶ 40 dilution of the disinfectant used for the blood transfusion tube on the site of the disinfection test,the killing logarithmic values of 30 infected Bacillus subtilis black variant spore on polytetrafluoroethylene tube carriers for 20 min,were all > 3.00.Conclusion The special sodium hypochlorite disinfectant can effectively kill bacterial propagules and pathogenic fungi,and the disinfection effect of blood donors is in accordance with the national requirements.
