区域经济在中国开始持续升温。这几年,区域发展战略不仅频频见诸党和政府的各类文件。也已实实在在付诸长三角、珠三角和京津冀等地区的经济实践。去年11月中旬,国家发改委发布消息,作为国家“十一五”规划的一个新亮点,国家正式启动长三角和京津冀地区的区域规划编制。长三角和京津冀区域发展升格为国家战略,引发了一场城市群经济发展之辩。
Regional economy in China began to continue warming. In recent years, the regional development strategy has not only seen various documents of the party and government frequently. It has also really been put into practice in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions. In mid-November of last year, the National Development and Reform Commission released the news as a new bright spot in the national “Eleventh Five-Year Plan.” The government officially launched the regional planning of the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The development of the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was upgraded to a national strategy, triggering a debate on the economic development of urban agglomerations.
