通过对侵犯商业秘密罪概念、犯罪构成、刑罚配置解读,提出该罪在主观方面上采纳相对严格刑事责任,并增加资格刑,细化罚金刑。
Through the concept of the crime of infringing on trade secrets, the composition of crime and the disposition of penalty, it is proposed that the crime should adopt the relatively strict criminal responsibility on the subjective aspect and increase the qualification penalty and refine the penalty.
