目的:总结无创机械通气抢救急性重度左心衰竭合并重度昏迷中的临床应用经验。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月到2014年6月我科收治的急性重度左心衰竭患者40例,在常规治疗基础上使用无创机械通气,分析无创机械通气在抢救急性重度左心衰竭合并重度昏迷患者中的应用价值。结果:本组40例患者中显效8例,有效13例,无效19例,总有效率为52.5%。其中无效19例患者均已死亡,死亡率为47.5%。结论:无创机械通气治疗急性重度左心衰竭治疗时,能够改善部分患者临床症状,挽救病人生命。
Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute severe left heart failure with severe coma. Methods: Forty patients with acute severe left heart failure admitted to our department from January 2010 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Noninvasive mechanical ventilation was used on the basis of routine treatment. Non-invasive mechanical ventilation was used to analyze the severity of acute left ventricular failure The value of coma patients. Results: In the group of 40 patients markedly effective in 8 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 19 cases, the total effective rate was 52.5%. Among them, 19 patients were invalid and the mortality rate was 47.5%. Conclusion: Noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute severe left heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms of some patients and save the lives of patients.
