本文对病毒唑治疗的流行性出血热(EHF)患者血清EHF—IgG及循环免疫复合物(CIC)进行了系统的动态观察,结果显示病毒唑治疗组患者血清EHF—IgG抗体及CIC水平皆比对照组为低。说明用药后患者体内特异性体液免疫反应降低,CIC形成减少,有利于病情改善。
This article systematically observed the serum EHF-IgG and circulating immune complex (CIC) in patients with ribavirin-treated epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). The results showed that the levels of serum EHF-IgG antibody and CIC in patients treated with ribavirin both The control group is low. Describe the patient’s body specific humoral immune response decreased, CIC formation decreased, is conducive to the improvement of the condition.
