“一带一路”作为国家战略,对中国现代化建设和确定中国在全球治理中的重要地位具有深远的战略意义。在共商、共建“一带一路”战略、共享其发展成果过程中,离不开国际经济法规则以及大量精通外语的涉外法律人才。在这一大背景下,国际经济法的双语教学变得至关重要。本文结合“一带一路”战略和中国与全球经济治理,从国际经济法双语教学内容的选取、教学手段和教学方法、教学对象、师资培养和实施方案等方面进行了探讨。
“Belt and Road” as a national strategy has far-reaching strategic significance for China’s modernization and for determining China’s important position in global governance. In discussing and building the Belt and Road strategy and sharing the fruits of its development, it is inseparable from the rules of international economic law as well as a large number of foreign legal professionals proficient in foreign languages. In this context, bilingual teaching of international economic law has become crucial. In this paper, the “One Belt and One Road” strategy and China and the global economic governance are explored in terms of the selection of bilingual teaching contents in international economic law, teaching methods and teaching methods, teaching objects, teacher training and implementation programs.
