4月24—26日,首届全国小学语文青年教师教学观摩活动广西赛区选拔赛在玉林市举行,来自全区14个市的15名教师参加了此次选拔赛,梧州市第一实验小学教师梁励便是其中之一。赛课活动中,她通过有效的方法引导学生阅读《林黛玉初见“凤辣子”》一文,赢得了评委和听课教师的一致称赞,荣获了特等奖。谈到阅读教学,梁励说“:教师要善于培养和提高学生的阅读能力,采用有效的阅读指导方法调动学生阅读的积极性,培养学生良好的阅读习惯,使学生终身受益。”
