本文应用654—2配合维拉怕米(异搏停)治疗短阵反复发作性房性心动过速3例,疗效显著。本组3例,男2例,女1例;年龄50、56、60岁各1例。例l、例3在用本法治疗前均口服维拉怕米40mg,日3次。服数日无效,改服胺碘达隆0.2g,日3次,连服数日仍无效,遂用654—2l0mg、维拉帕米40rag,日3次,分别于24.48小时后心电图转为正常,连服1个月左右停药,追踪3个月未见复发,例2
