连续带了几年初三,已经很久没有感受到学生争先恐后举手的场景了,今年教初一,上课时突然又感受到了学生争先恐后举手的场景,有时想让学生少说都不行,于是,我就在想,为什么在初一时这么积极举手的学生到了初三却不愿举手?个人认为,从学生的角度看,自信渐渐缺乏,慢慢变得要面子、怕伤自尊,学习上被动等待是学生慢慢不愿举手的一些原因。从老师角度看,老师的教学观念、引导措施等也是造成学生不愿举手的原因所在。
