受机械工业生产许可证办公室委托,由河南省机械电子工业厅和国家矿山机械质量监督检测中心共同主持了《调度绞车生产许可证实施细则》宣贯会。第一期宣贯会已于6月6～10日在洛阳举办,全国有52个生产厂家70余位代表参加了会议,机电部质量安全司主管同志到会指导工作。会上就生产许可证发放的工作程序、生产许可证实施细则和企业质量管理必备条件验收细则三项主要内容进行了重点宣讲。与会代表就此进行了广泛、深入的学习、研讨,并将会议精神带回生产厂家来指导调度绞车生产许可证发放的准备工作。
