随着数字移动电话网络的逐步扩大,基站数量不断增加,移动用户也日益增多,网络上出现的问题也越来越多,具体表现为GSM手机难打,或者通话质量不好,有杂音,吞字吐字现象严重,甚至发生掉话(含切换失败),以上种种问题严重影响了网络服务质量,用户意见很大。而这些问题往往是由于小区参数设置不当或网内存在同频/邻频干扰等因素导致的,要解决这些问题,网络优化是主要的途径。
