“大跃进”是1958年所创造的一个词汇,所反映的是这个年度内人们为了粮食和钢的理想和追求。“大跃进”的特点是你追我赶,争先恐后,是创造纪录,留下疑问。现在,历史已经还原了它的本来面貌,其经验教训不断提醒人们要实事求是,力戒浮夸。可是,与“大跃进”相关的一哄而起,在生产建设或其它领域又是不断和反复的出现,成为社会发展中的一个不断和反复需要治理的问题。
“The Great Leap Forward” is a term created in 1958 that reflects the ideal and pursuit of food and steel for the year. “The Great Leap Forward ” is characterized by the chase I rush, scrambling to create a record, leaving doubt. Now that history has restored its original appearance, its lessons continue to remind people to seek truth from facts and make exaggerations. However, the unanimity that has been linked with the “Great Leap Forward” has been constantly and repeatedly appearing in production and construction or in other fields and has become a constant and recurring issue of governance in social development.
