由于设计技术和设计工具的落后,我国在过去的水轮机水力设计中,只是套用原苏联得到的标准尾水管,基本上不进行新尾水管的水力设计。随着科学技术的飞速发展,计算机数值模拟技术已逐步发展成熟,CFD 技术已经开始深入人心,逐步被用户所接受。本文主要介绍弯肘型尾水管的水力设计思路及 CFD 技术在尾水管设计中的应用。
Due to the backward design techniques and design tools, in the hydraulic design of hydraulic turbines in the past, only the standard draft tube obtained from the former Soviet Union was applied, and the hydraulic design of the new draft tube was basically not carried out. With the rapid development of science and technology, computer numerical simulation technology has been gradually developed, CFD technology has begun to gain popular support, and gradually accepted by the user. This article mainly introduces the hydraulic design of elbow draft tube and the application of CFD technology in draft tube design.
