党内文化是政党政治中一个最为深层、最为本原、最为要害,也最难研究的核心问题,是政党建设中绕不开的问题,但研究者却至今寥寥。本文论述了党内文化的概念、地位、作用、功能及建设的基本方法,提出党内文化建设是执政党建设的核心问题。
Inner-party culture is the core issue of the most deep-rooted, most primitive, the most vital and the most difficult one in party politics. It is a problem that can not be solved in the construction of political parties, but few researchers have so far. This article discusses the concept, status, function and function of inner-party culture and the basic methods of its construction. It points out that inner-party culture construction is the core issue of the construction of the ruling party.
