我厂有一台60年代的W62-4×2000型折边机,其上梁和折边梁的工作部位均可按工艺的要求更换不同的钢制模具。唯独下梁的材质是铸铁的,当折弯一些长度短、厚度又大的零件时,由于载荷集中曾多次发生下梁工作部位被压裂的事故。至1984年底下梁工作部位在全长度上已压坏60%,致使无法使用,影响了正常生产。为及时修复该设备我们选用镶补的方法,介绍如下:首先,测量下梁工作部位的结构尺寸并绘制镶块图(见图1),用45钢加工成半成品。
I plant a 60’s W62-4 × 2000-type folding machine, the beam and the flange of the working parts of the process requirements can be replaced by different steel mold. The only material under the beam is cast iron, when bending some of the short length, thickness and large parts, due to load concentration occurred repeatedly under the beam working site was fractured accident. By the end of 1984, the work area of Beiliang had been crushed 60% of its total length, rendering it unusable and affecting normal production.
