黑龙江省注册会计师行业党委自2009年11月6日成立以来,按照财政部会计师事务所学习实践活动指导小组和中国注册会计师行业党委的部署和要求,紧密联系工作实际,扎实推进学习实践活动和行业党建工作。截至目前,全省13个地市全部成立了行业党组织,会计师事务所成立党支部127个,其中,独立支部95个,联合支部32个,覆盖195家事务所。事务所党组织覆盖率已由2009年11月的不足5%提高到92%,党建工作效果显著。
Since its establishment on November 6, 2009, the party committee of the CPA profession in Heilongjiang Province has been working closely with the actual situation of the work in accordance with the arrangements and requirements of the guidance group for the study and practice of the accounting firm of the Ministry of Finance and the party committee of the CPA profession in China, and has steadily promoted the study and practice activities and industries Party building work. Up to now, all the 13 prefectures and cities in the province have set up industry party organizations, and 127 accounting firms have set up branch offices, of which 95 are independent branches and 32 are joint branches, covering 195 firms. The coverage rate of the party organizations in the firm has been raised from less than 5% in November 2009 to 92% and the effect of party building has been remarkable.
