上海农业机具厂,为适应上海地区农机制造行业的需要,自行设计、成批生产以液压他驱式动力滑台为基础的通用部件,组成钻、镗、铣削动力头。这套通用部件共有:液压他驱式动力滑台、组成多轴钻削动力头用的减速箱、单轴刚性铣削主轴头、单轴刚性镗削主轴头、刚性主轴精镗(轻切削用)主轴头、刚性主轴头用的齿轮减速装置、刚性主轴用的皮带减速装置、两种复合液压阀及供组装固定式铣削动力头的可调滑座等。
In order to meet the needs of the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in Shanghai, Shanghai Agricultural Machinery Factory designed and mass-produced general-purpose parts based on the hydraulically driven power slide and formed the head of drilling, boring and milling. The versatile components include: Hydrostatic Drive Tracks, Gearboxes for Multi-Axis Drilling Power Heads, Single-Shaft Rigid Milling Spindle Heads, Single Shaft Rigid Boring Spindle Heads, Rigid Spindle Fine Boring (For Light Cutting) Spindle head, gear reducer for rigid spindle head, belt reducer for rigid spindles, two compound hydraulic valves and adjustable slide for assembly of stationary milling power head.
