为了进一步改善顶吹惰性气体的搅拌效果,完善钢包吹惰性气体工艺,我们在实验室条件下,研究了采用单孔顶枪时的最佳工艺参数,探讨了采用三孔直筒枪的可能性及其合理喷吹工艺参数。由于本研究是采用准数方程进行的,因此所得结论可以推广到锥度相同(1:13.)的任何容量的钢包上。
In order to further improve the stirring effect of top-blowing inert gas and improve ladle blowing inert gas process, we studied the best process parameters when using single hole top gun under laboratory conditions, and discussed the possibility of using three-hole straight gun and The reasonable injection process parameters.
