In 1980, the chief of the Taiwan Army unearthed in Beijing was in compliance with the statutory rules of the official seal in the Qing Dynasty. The original files of the same day were also kept so far that it can be concluded as the official official seal printed by the ceremony from the ceremony of the Emperor Guangxu in the late Qing dynasty (1877) . The Chief Officer of Taiwan’s Chief Customs printed a clear account of the historical changes that have taken place in the Qing dynasties. With the concrete and reliable precious objects and images, the image reflects the historical process in which the subordination between Taiwan and mainland China in the Qing Dynasty continued to strengthen. In the third year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, the newly established Chief of Taiwan’s Customs and Excise Department finally failed to be put into practical use. This fully corroborated the twists and turns in the process of establishing a province in late Qing Dynasty.
