以粉菠萝冠芽、幼叶为外植体材料,采用外加不同梯度浓度激素的完全培养基(MS)进行组织培养研究。结果表明,MS+BA1.0 mg.L-1+IBA0.1 mg.L-1为最佳丛生芽养基;MS+BA0.2 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1为最佳芽增殖培养基;1/2 MS+NAA0.5 mg.L-1为最佳生根培养基。通过对再生植株的分子标记研究表明,基因组没有发生变化,表明通过粉菠萝体细胞植株再生苗同粉菠萝原生苗没有明显的差别。
The crown buds and young leaves of Pinus densiflorum were used as explants, and tissue culture was performed using complete medium (MS) supplemented with different concentrations of hormone. The results showed that MS + BA1.0 mg.L-1 + IBA0.1 mg.L-1 was the best bud shoot medium; MS + BA0.2 mg.L-1 + NAA0.1 mg.L-1 was the most Good bud proliferation medium; 1/2 MS + NAA0.5 mg.L-1 was the best rooting medium. The molecular marker studies on regenerated plants showed that there was no change in the genome, indicating that no significant difference was found between the regenerated seedlings of the diploid pineapple plants and the pineapple seedlings.
