目的:评价卫生职业院校护理专业五官科护理学教学应用PBL教学法的效果。方法:抽取我校3年制大专护理4个班,随机分为2组,PBL组采用PBL教学法进行五官科护理学教学,传统组仍旧采用传统教学方法进行五官科护理学教学,比较2组学生能力的提高情况及学生对教学方法的反馈意见。结果:1 PBL组五官科护理学考试成绩明显高于传统组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 PBL组学生自学能力、文献查找能力、综合分析能力明显提高,且显著好于传统组,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);3 PBL组学生普遍反映PBL教学法能够活跃课堂气氛,提高了学习主动性,学习效率明显提高,与对照组相比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理专业五官科护理学教学中应用PBL教学法能够显著提高学生综合能力,改善教学质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of applying PBL pedagogy in nursing specialty of health professional colleges. Methods: Four classes of three-year college nursing were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The PBL group adopted the PBL teaching method to carry out ENT nursing teaching. The traditional group still used the traditional teaching method to conduct ENT nursing teaching. Improvement of students’ abilities and feedback from students on teaching methods. Results: (1) PBL group had significantly higher score of Nursing examination than traditional group (P <0.05); 2 PBL group students self-learning ability, literature search ability, comprehensive analysis ability was significantly improved, and significantly better In the traditional group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); 3 PBL students generally reflect the PBL teaching method can be active classroom atmosphere, improve learning initiative, learning efficiency was significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of PBL pedagogy in nursing specialty ENT nursing teaching can significantly improve students’ comprehensive ability and improve teaching quality, which is worth popularizing and applying.
