This session is the fourth in the IEEE Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) since its first conference was launched in 1984 at the Radisson Conference Center in Rolle, North Carolina. The session will run from March 30 to April 3. Delegates to the conference came from more than 500 countries in 16 countries and read 332 essays. Only one author from Mainland China, two scholars from Taiwan, local Chinese-American scholars and Chinese students of seven people.
