光度法测定大量钴中微量钙,多用乙二醛双-(2-羟基苯胺)(GBHA)作显色剂,但需用有机溶剂萃取,手续较繁。文献报导了利用新显色剂间磺酸基偶氮安替比林直接测定铁矿石中微量钙的方法。据此,本文对含大量钴物科中微量钙的测定作了试验,基体钴及绝大部分杂质元素用铜试剂沉淀分离,钙用该试剂显色。用本法于氧化钴、草酸钴、氯化钴液中微量钙的测定,结果与GBHA法对照,结果满意。一仪器与试剂 72型分光光度计; 二乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠(铜试剂):20%,称取铜试剂25克溶于125毫升水中,加入活性碳1克左右,充分搅拌过滤备用。贮于塑料瓶中。氢氧化钠溶液:1N溶液。贮于塑料瓶中。间磺酸基偶氮安替比林:0.08%。
Spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of cobalt in calcium, the use of glyoxal bis- (2-hydroxyaniline) (GBHA) as a developer, but need to use organic solvent extraction, the more complicated procedures. The literature reports the direct determination of trace amounts of calcium in iron ores using a new chromogenic reagent sulfosalicylazopyrazine. Accordingly, this paper tests a large amount of trace calcium in the Cobalt Division, the base cobalt and most of the impurity elements are separated and precipitated with a copper reagent, and the reagent is used to color the calcium. With this method in cobalt oxide, cobalt oxalate, cobalt chloride solution of trace calcium determination, the results and the GBHA method, the results are satisfactory. An instrument and reagents 72 spectrophotometer; sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (copper reagent): 20%, said copper reagent 25 g dissolved in 125 ml of water, add about 1 g of activated carbon, stir and filter back. Stored in plastic bottles. Sodium hydroxide solution: 1N solution. Stored in plastic bottles. Sulfonylazoantipyrine: 0.08%.
