从社会资本的视角,通过多层次logistic回归分析来定量分析湖北农村老年人健康自评等相关变量的关系,研究结果表明,家庭支持对农村老人的健康状况依然具有一定的影响;社区社会资本对农村老人的健康状况具有重要影响,即积极参与社区集体活动的老人更有可能做出比较积极的自我健康评估,社区基础设施建设对农村老人的健康也有着积极的影响。研究结论也体现了家庭人力资本对农村老人的健康状况的积极作用。建议在农村对老人普及适当的教育比如小学识字教育,未来的农村政策应该倾向于加强农村的社区基础建设、增强社区集体活动的组织建设,以改善农村老人生活以及健康状况。
From the perspective of social capital, through quantitative logistic regression analysis to quantitatively analyze the relationship between variables such as health self-assessment of the elderly in rural areas in Hubei Province, the results show that family support still has a certain impact on the health status of rural elderly; community social capital The health status of rural elderly has an important impact. That is, the elderly who actively participate in community collective activities are more likely to make a positive self-health assessment and the community infrastructure construction also has a positive impact on the health of rural elderly people. The conclusion of the study also reflects the positive effect of family human capital on the health of rural elderly. It is recommended to popularize proper education for the elderly in rural areas, such as primary school literacy education. Future rural policies should tend to strengthen rural community infrastructure and enhance the organization of community collective activities so as to improve the living and health status of the elderly in rural areas.
