洋蘑菇Agaricus campester(L)Fr.的生育速度、产最高低,舆外界环境条件有密切的关系.条件适宜时,生育正常;不适宜时,生育缓慢或停止.但什麽条件是最适宜的,用什麽方法来测定?一般人都从栽培过程中观察其生育表现,藉以了解其对环境条件的适应程度.由于环境条件是多种因素的综合,不可能分析每个因素对它所起的作用,因而是不细致不全面的.作者在这方面多方探索,历时一年半,从线谱分析中获得了较好的解决办法.
