利用Ce(4+)和炭黑表面的羟甲基组成的氧化还原体系,探讨了(N,N-二甲胺基乙基)丙烯酸酯在炭黑表面的接枝聚合机理。研究表明单体和硝酸的浓度以及铈离子的用量对该反应有显著的影响。傅立叶红外光谱分析和透射电子显微镜分析表明,在接枝改性炭黑表面存在着聚(N,N-二甲胺基乙基)丙烯酸酯。
The mechanism of graft polymerization of (N, N-dimethylaminoethyl) acrylate on the surface of carbon black was discussed by using redox system composed of Ce (4+) and methylol on the surface of carbon black. Studies have shown that the monomer and nitric acid concentrations and the amount of cerium ions have a significant impact on the reaction. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that poly (N, N-dimethylaminoethyl) acrylate was present on the grafted carbon black surface.
