一元化说的是最基础理论的一元化。这个基础理论不是别的,就是辩证唯物主义,也就是马克思主义。这是我们一切工作,其中当然包括文艺工作在内的理论上的指南。因为辩证唯物主义是研究自然界、人类社会和思维活动的科学理论,是科学的世界观。多样化说的是方法。方法是指研究自然现象、社会现象和思维现象的方式、途径和具体手段的总和。由于对象本身的复杂性,因此研究的方法应该是多种多样的。但方法是受一定世界观制约的。朱光潜同志曾在他早年撰写的一篇谈美的文章里说道:"同是一件事物,看法有多种,
