胡锦涛总书记指出:“要进一步完善处理人民内部矛盾的方式方法,完善信访工作责任制,建立健全社会矛盾纠纷调处机制,把人民调解、行政调解、司法调解结合起来,依法及时合理地处理群众反映的问题。”这一重要指示立足和谐建设、着眼以人为本,符合新的历史时期人民内部矛盾的发展?
General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out: “We must further improve the ways and means of dealing with contradictions among the people, improve the accountability system for letters and calls, establish and perfect mediation mechanisms for social conflicts and disputes, combine people’s mediation, administrative mediation, and judicial mediation to timely and reasonably deal with the masses’ . ”This important directive should be based on building a harmonious society with a people-oriented approach and meet the development of contradictions among the people in the new historical period.
