对备战2004年奥运会的国家女子摔跤队7名重点运动员的常用训练手段的系统监控发现:(1)一周4次大肌群力量训练对肌肉的刺激有累积现象,对肌肉造成一定程度的损伤;一周4次小肌群力量训练对肌肉产生的影响能够及时恢复,故建议二者穿插进行;(2)4×400m+30s专项素质的间歇跑是有效的速度素质训练方法;(3)运动员的比赛负荷有较强的个体差异性,因此专项训练和教学比赛的监控结合起来,才能有效地评价运动员训练技术课的训练强度。
The systematic monitoring of the commonly used training methods of seven key athletes in the National Women’s Wrestling Team prepared for the 2004 Olympic Games found that: (1) Muscle stimulation was accumulated 4 times a week in 4 times, causing a certain degree of muscle damage; 4 times a week, small muscle strength training on muscle production can be promptly restored, it is recommended that the two interspersed; (2) 4 × 400m + 30s special quality intermittent running is an effective speed quality training methods; (3) athletes Competition load has strong individual differences, so the combination of special training and teaching competition can effectively evaluate the training intensity of training course for athletes.
