患者23岁,住院号91-1661.因停经8个多月,伴头晕、头痛、呕吐,视物模糊于1991年6月5日入院.既往月经规律,末次月经1990年9月26日,预产期1991年7月2日.停经2个月时有早孕反应,孕4个月觉有胎动.近2个多月自觉头晕头痛,痛时伴呕吐,在外院住院治疗近半个月未见好转,且出现视物不清于5月24日转入我院.查体:T 36.5℃,P88次/分,R20 次/分,Bp14/10 kPa.双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反射正常,颈软.眼底检查见乳头水肿.心肺正常,肝脾未扪及.腹膨隆,宫高30cm 腹围82cm,先露头,胎心140次/分,无宫缩.实验室检查:尿常规:
