AMSIS Semiconductor’s brand CMOSIS introduces the global shutter CMOS image sensor CMV50000, which offers 48M pixels of high resolution, more than double the CMOSIS global shutter CMOS image sensor of the previous generation. The CMV50000 is a medium-width 48M pixel sensor fabricated on a 8-transistor pixel structure with a pixel size of 4.6 μm and a resolution of 7920 × 6002. Its low noise and excellent electronic shutter efficiency. Global shutter operation means capturing fast-moving subject images without distortion. The optical dynamic range is up to 64d B in full resolution mode and up to 68d B in subsampled 4K mode. pass
