本研究用微电极技术观察了由人参、黄芪和当归组成的气血注射液对窦房结起搏细胞电活动的影响。气血注射液对窦房结细胞的活动有负性频率效应。其主要作用环节是降低舒张期自动去极化速率和延长舒张期自动去极化时程。气血注射液还共有使低氧合并41℃高温或合并异丙肾上腺素作用下引起的节律过缓,不齐转为节律整齐、自律频率加快的作用。结果说明气血注射液对窦房结的节律活动具有双相的调节作用。
In this study, microelectrode technique was used to observe the effects of Qixue injection consisting of ginseng, astragalus and angelica on the electrical activity of sinoatrial node pacemaker cells. Qixue injection has a negative frequency effect on the activity of sinus node cells. Its main role is to reduce the rate of auto-depolarization during diastole and to prolong the auto-depolarization duration of diastole. Qixue injection also has the effect of slowing the rhythm caused by hypoxia combined with high temperature of 41°C or combined isoproterenol, changing to irregular rhythm and accelerating the frequency of self-regulation. The results showed that Qixue injection has biphasic regulation of the rhythm of the sinus node.
