本文研究了粉蚧长索跳小蜂对堆蜡粉蚧的寄主选择性和功能反应。结果表明:(1)粉蚧长索跳小蜂可寄生堆蜡粉蚧二龄、三龄若虫和雌成虫,不寄生卵和一龄若虫。在无选择试验里,堆蜡粉蚧三龄若虫和雌成虫的被寄生率和每一被寄生主含卵量都显著高于二龄若虫。在有选择试验里,在堆蜡粉蚧的寄生率和寄生蜂产卵都以雌线成虫的最高,三龄若虫次之,二龄若虫最少,且三者间存在显著的差异;而堆蜡粉蚧雌成虫和三龄若虫的每一被寄生寄主的含卵量都显著高于二龄若虫。(2)粉蚧长索跳小蜂对堆蜡粉蚧三龄若虫的功能反应为HollingⅡ型反应,蜂产卵量随寄主密度增加而呈类似于Holling圆盘方程曲线变化,关系式为N=3.401Nt/(1+0.0905Nt)+1.019。
In this paper, we studied the host selectivity and functional response of Heterodera japonicum to Heap. The results showed that: (1) Diplocarpus longicornis parasitic wax paste Melastoma second instar, third instar nymphs and female adults, not parasitized eggs and first instar nymphs. In the no-choice test, parasitic rates of the third instar nymphs and female adults of the heap wax scale were significantly higher than those of the second instar nymphs. In selective experiments, the parasitism rates of parasitoids and parasitoid parasitoid were highest in female adults, followed by third instar nymphs and the second instar nymphs, with significant differences among them Oviduct female adults and third instar nymphs have been significantly higher than those of second instar nymphs. (2) The functional response of the third instar nymphs of Hemophorus crassicullae to Holling Ⅱ type reaction was that the honeybee wasp showed a change similar to the curve of Holling’s disc equation with the increase of host density, the relation was N = 3.401Nt / (1 + 0.0905Nt) +1.019.
