以新疆维吾尔自治区葡萄瓜果开发研究中心培育的西州密1号,17号,25号甜瓜幼苗叶片为试材,测定了其在不同温度下的电解质渗出率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量,结果表明:每种甜瓜的电导率、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质含量随着温度的降低呈现增加的趋势,而3个品种的增加幅度不同,3个生理指标的增加幅度的顺序均为:西州密25号>西州密17号>西州密1号,即抗寒性较强的甜瓜品种为西州密25号,较差的为西州密1号。
The leaf exudation rate, soluble sugar and soluble protein content of Eucalyptus melonensis No.1, No.17 and No.25 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were used as test materials. The results showed that the conductivity, soluble sugar and soluble protein content of each melon tended to increase with the decrease of temperature, while the increase of three cultivars was different. The order of increase of three physiological indexes was as follows: No. 25> Xizhou No. 17> Xizhou No. 1, that is, the stronger cold-resistant melon varieties Xizhou No. 25, the worst Xizhou No. 1.
