中、小型高精度样板,已有传统的光学曲线磨加工和光学投影仪检测,钳工锉修等成熟的工艺方法;大型低精度样板(如船舶、飞机外皮等加工中使用的),用划线锉修即可解决;型面简单的大型样板,如直线样板,用磨削加工即可解决。只有大型高精度复杂型面的样板,不能用传统的方法加工,所以有必要探索适合我国目前工业技术水平的这类样板的加工工艺,以满足工业生产的需要。
