在遥感领域,卫星拍摄得到的多光谱图像和全色图像均无法满足实际应用需求,因此需要通过图像融合来获得空间分辨率和光谱分辨率都很高的图像,从而更加准确地识别和定位图像中的地面物体.由于图像融合算法对计算能力和存储空间要求较高,借助公有云平台(如阿里云)进行图像融合已经成为一种趋势.然而,现有图像融合算法均无法保护图像隐私,即无法避免云平台服务商或者网络窃听者获取图像信息.本文提出了一种支持隐私保护的遥感图像融合算法Secure Fusion.该算法首先对原始多光谱图像和全色图像进行加密,然后对加密图像采用主成分分析法进行融合,得到加密的融合图像,最后对加密的融合图像进行解密恢复出真正的融合图像.实验结果表明,与已有算法相比,本文提出的隐私保护算法可以得到同等质量的融合图像,算法总体执行时间的增量均值约为25.9%.据我们所知,本文首次提出了针对遥感图像融合的隐私保护算法.
