对比分析我国现行的中高职贯通培养的模式,五年制高职一体化培养模式更具有优势,特别是在人才培养一体化设计方面是分段式的“3+3”和“3+2”模式不能比拟的。我国在实施五年制高职一体化培养模式时还应该完善有关制度,实施宽进严出的招生制度,这更有利于提高教学质量。五年制高职一体化培养模式将为构建与终身教育相融合的职业教育体系奠定良好的基础。
Compared with the current model of through-train of secondary vocational education in our country, it is more advantageous to cultivate the five-year system of integrated training of higher vocational education. Especially in the integrated design of personnel training, it is divided into “3 + 3” and “ 3 +2 ”mode can not match. When implementing the integrated training mode of five-year higher vocational education in our country, we should also improve the relevant system and implement the enrollment system with leniency and strictness, which is more conducive to improving teaching quality. Five-year vocational training model will lay a good foundation for the construction of a vocational education system integrated with lifelong education.
