中国人民的生活习惯,十分讲究食品饮料的色、香、味,特别重视香气。人们吃食物喝饮料时,常问香不香:白酒质量的感官尝评鉴定,仍然重视香气,称为香型。目前,我国白酒香型有多种,如“四大基本香型,六种特殊香型”、“六大香型、十大类别”等提法,称为我国白酒10大香型,其中芝麻香发源于山东省景芝酒厂,以景芝白干为代表,已经发展成为我国白酒中一种国家级新香型。
The living habits of the Chinese people are very particular about the color, fragrance, and taste of food and beverages, with particular emphasis on aroma. When people eat food and drink, they often ask if the fragrance is not fragrant: the sensory taste assessment of the quality of liquor, and still respect the aroma, known as the scent. At present, there are many types of liquor flavors in China, such as the “four basic flavors, six special flavors,” “six aromas, ten categories,” and other formulations, known as the 10 major flavors of Chinese liquor, including sesame Hongfa originated from Jingzhi Distillery in Shandong Province. It is represented by Jingzhi Baigan and has developed into a national new fragrance type in Chinese liquor.
