湖北省荆州地区实行的麦棉两熟,4月中旬在麦林套棉,10中下旬拔棉秆整地播麦,麦棉共生期一般为50~60天。棉花借助迫麦林防寒保温、保墒,易获全苗。但是10月中下旬拔棉秆播麦,棉株上的部分青铃被逼熟,降低了棉花产量和品质。特别是随着棉田施肥水平的提高和推广丰产后劲足的棉花品种,如鄂荆1号和鄂棉12,秋桃比例增大,拔秆播麦对棉花产量和品质影响更加严重。我们在江陵县资市镇进行了不拔棉秆播
